First Road towing is currently not following procedure by calling your insurance company first while they are on the scene of the accident BEFORE they tow your car. They also tell you that the first 2 towing is for free but neglect to inform you that you will be charged for \safekeeping"of the vehicle. Accident happened on Saturday the 14th of Nov. To date I still do not have any feedback from them and in the meantime the cost for the storage of the car is already R5310. DONT USE FIRST ROAD!!!!"""
