First Road has total disregard for its customer
I had a breakdown on the 23 November 2015 and my car was towed by first road at London road Alexandra, on the 24 November 2015 first road towed My car from their warehouse to Toyota Sandton, when I collected my car at Toyota, I found my Toyota Yaris with an opening in the front, the opening is due to a led that was removed, so that a tow bar can be inserted, I called first road several times to request my car led back, often my call gets directed from one department to another and eventually when someone offers assistance, that person takes my details and promise to call back and never calls back, I was asked to send an e-mail to first road customer care laying a complaint, I did send the email on the 14 December 2015 and I received an e-mail acknowledging the receipt of my enquiry and that a consultant will call me shortly. I still did not get feedback for my e-mail from the company , I phoned today holding for over an hour the guy that was assisting me asked me to send an e-mail to customers care again, and he hang up, I am so tired of this, all I want is my car led, first road has disrespected me enough, they also wasted enough of my time and resources, it's unbelievable they
Good day Violet.
It is not always the towing company that is at fault where things go missing from a vehicle. I will investigate the matter and get a copy of the drivers check sheet to see if the TOW EYE COVER had been handed in to the dealer.
More often than not we find that the cover was placed somewhere at the dealership during repairs.
We will revert shortly with our findings
