FIRST ROAD EMERGENCYY - BIGGEST *******, ****** ITEMS

<p>I was involved in an accident on Friday, 09 June '17 in which I suffered concussion, whiplash and body damage. I was in the hospital for a week and dismissed and after being released still booked off another week. I first went to the towing yard to see what was left of my car & to get my items in my car. What a shock - ALL the expensive items in my car was ****** from my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>I brought this to the attention of the First Road Company and has been in communication with them ever since. First they wanted to make out I took the sunglasses and then later investigations have been done, in which they know whom the guilty party in their business is yet they still don't want to pay up for the items that was ******.</p> <p> </p> <p>They keep on dragging this entire matter out and making excuses just not to pay up for what was done by their guilty party. I would keep on telling everyone NOT TO MAKE USE OF FIRST ROAD TOWING SERVICES as they will ***** what they can and take no responsibility for it. As management they all know about the incident, know whom is the guilty person - Yet they will not try to rectify what was done. I find this absolutely appauling and a disgrace that this is how they treat people. When you know this is how your employee behaved and you don't do anything about it - you are just as guilty.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
