First Road Emergency Driver abuses female driver

On Thursday 14 May 2015, at the intersections of Village and Booysen Roads, a First Road Emergency Tow Truck was standing diagonally across the left hand turning lane. I stopped my car in the right hand turning lane. When the light turned green, the FRE driver, rushed up infront of my car, blocking me and then starting swearing at me for no apparent reason. I then attempted to move passed him on the left, only to have him pull his truck up in front of me again, this time his friend abusing me. Not only was this driver blocking me, but all the cars in both left and right turning lanes. There was absolutely no reason at all for this behaviour but your driver was dead set on causing choas at 9:05 am. I was livid at the time, now I'm just disgusted and will never make use of your services if this is the kind of rogue drivers you have working for you. The 2 men in question were both white in their mid to late 30s and early 40s respectively. I have also tried contacting your client services but department but the line is terrible and your call centre agents are very happy to pass the buck. Most disturbed, Marsha-lee Francis
