Excellent service

<p>After hearing horror stories about tow truck companies, I was wary when First Road initially arrived on the scene of an accident in which my daughter and her boyfriend were involved. All I can say is that the chap in charge was a real credit to both First Road as well as tow truck drivers everywhere! What a pleasure to deal with Malcom from First Road - he was helpful, respectful and genuinely concerned. He ensured that paramedics arrived and that pictures were taken - he also waited patiently for approval from insurance. Malcom is an absolute star and First Road should be well pleased to have him their employ. Well done folks!</p>
