Best service ever received

Dear Sir Or Mad I would like to say thank you to the agent Mr Regan Louw for the service he gave me , when I was on the side of the road panicking, not know what will be a solution to my problem I had with my car. Something that touch me a lot, is when you phone call centre and asking , for the agent to call you, were agent has no information of the client. Other agent they never return such calls. But Regan made a follow up with me, until I reached a place of safety. Thanks a million my brother, you have customer care s****s. Also you know how to explain cover to the client, Keep it up Sir,
