bad service

<p>I was in an accident on 08/08/16 ... phoned miway and they said first road can tow my car ... they didn't take it to the panelbeaters it's supposed to go to ... they took it to their storage facility without letting me know about it ... had to go to numerous places and phone numerous people to find out where my car was ... and now they don't want to tow it to the place it needs to be ... now payment can't be made since my car os a write off </p>
