Trying to space bank but no responce

<p>I have submitted my application to spacebank 3 times and had no respponse to my emails querying my points and when they will show. I have also tried many times to phone the Durban number (no longer share call so very expensive). Most of the time the line is engaged or I hear the recorded message saying that an agent /consultant will be with me shortly but after 15 minutes the line goes dead. This was not the case last year as we had very good service the whole year. What has changed? Is the company in financial difficulty that they are cutting back on staff (and the sharecall !) Please can someone give us some answers!</p>
