time share week moved
We bought a week at Midlands Saddle and Trout in Dec 1992 which was week 17 - 24 Dec.<br> Over the years it has been changed and we have been given the explanation of school holidays and 2014, we occupied 19 Dec to 26 Dec.<br> This year our week has been moved to 25 Dec to 1 Jan 2016, not near the week we bought, and First Resorts say it is because 2014 was a leap year and it gets moved on a week!<br> Not acceptable and I am unable to speak to anyone at First Resorts with any authority to discuss this. I have been told That's That!<br> Anyone else have this problem??

Please understand that the Midlands Saddle and Trout calendar is compiled by First Resorts as per the use agreement signed by all owners who bought timeshare at Midlands Saddle and Trout. The use agreement is very clear on how peak weeks are you be allocated. Paragraph 21 \FIXED FLOATING CALENDAR FORMULA \"and specific sub paragraph 21.1.5 \"P7 to P11 coincides with the 5 successive weeks in the summer school holidays\". These weeks are allocated by the Managing Agent once the confirmed school holiday calendar has been published by Government. The explanation to para 21.1.5 in this case is that the schools close 9 December 2015. The first available Friday is 11 December 2015
