Please note we are extremally unhappy members who feel betrayed and **** to We purchased a membership with your team at Magalies Park on the 30/01/2021 14:30 and we were blatantly **** to on the following Presenter Name : Jabu Advisor Name : Kotiso Branch : 11025 • We were told this is not like your competitors and we will pay no levy on Accommodation ( Which is false) • We were promised that we can book anytime anywhere without waiting periods (We have been trying and have been unsuccessful since day 1 , Your call center consultant advise we should book a year in advance which was never told to us when we purchased ) • We were told that we will get discounts on last minute bookings (We can’t even get bookings) • We were told Accommodation is always available for booking at anytime of the year (we can’t book a normal weekend with or without levies) • The levies that are asked at your resorts plus deduction of points are way more expensive than me booking directly ( This is how I found you people at Magalies Park and I paid half the price that you guys ask ) I raised all my concerns when we sat with the consultant and her manager and they both assured us that this is like no other time share and kept on forcing us to pay the deposit I told her we will come back the next day and they kept on saying to me that we giving you everything that you want and we promise that we are better than all competitors No Levy, Any Time Booking , Any where in the world with 20 000 points we can go for at least 5 holidays a year ( Complete lies ) At this point I feel we have been **** to and falsely informed about the membership To date we have still not received any booklets as promised when we signed We are paying monthly for something we cannot even use and this is the main reason we have come to an agreement to cancel this contract because you cannot full fill your part of our agreement or we where sold as false contract I was told by your consultant that I have till the 31st of July to cancel this agreement with receiving a full refund as we did not book a single holiday and still have full points in credit ( Again your company cannot uphold your side to the contract ) Please can you address this matter as urgent and hopefully we can come to a mutual agreement and I don’t have to take this further
