Theft Complaint

First and foremost, the resort is a gorgeous place in Harties , the check-in, activities and entertainment are spectacular,however I had not expected that we would encounter issues. The chalet door key had brocken and even after requesting for a new key ,an incorrect key was given and reception didn't even bother to send maintenance to check. Worst of of all!!! R1000 cash was ****** from my purse when i had left the cleaner in the house to clean up.The money was in my purse inside my bag which was in the cupboard, after reporting it, the head of security just gave us a blank answer and said they will investigate and no answer was provided the day after even though we requested to know the outcome at 10am the next day.Clearly safety is not important in the resort. I doubt the staff who assists as they may just have "quick hands" and holiday makers belongings are not safe. Don't understand all the fancy trophies for security.

But anyways first resorts will be hearing it as the members are important.
