Terrible service from First Exchange/ Firstgroup

Worst Customer service ever! Trying from 13January 2020 to get them to transfer a timeshare unit in our name after they insisted that we pay the 2020 levy first. Emails are ignored no reaction since February 2020.. Buyer beware...
