Terrible management
We booked for 2 chalets under the same name a good year beforehand. When we got to Magalies Park, the chalets booked were so far apart, 75 and 57,to be exact even though we booked for one party. Management dismissed us, didn't even try to get us chalets next to each other. It was quiet an inconvenience as we went to enquire upon arrival and the next day to avail. Liaan did not help at all, instead gossiped to someone else

Thank you for visiting Magalies Park, your concerns are noted.
Grouping people together is not always possible, especially on short notice during check in.
Remember that Magalies is a timeshare resort and have Shareholders that occupy “their “ units and we do have different Clubs that own “their” units.
Unfortunately, we cannot use or swop their units as per their agreements.
Most of the chalets around your booked units were 7-day bookings(Occupy) and therefore the request to be closer could not be accommodated, not because of management dismissing your request but because it was just not possible.
If possible, in future contact the resort prior to check to request chalets closer to each other.
