Terrible Experience at La Montagne Ballito

First and foremost greeted by a flooded bathroom as the aircon pipe was clogged and had to call maintenance...instead of receiving an apology was called in to be shown the muck on the bathroom floor...family was tired after a long drive but had to wait to take a nap because the bed sheets were stained...called housekeeping a guy comes up removes the sheet but explains that they terribly under staffed and he doesn't know how to iron the replacement sheet and also asks me to assist in replacing it...the safe in the room has no key which renders it useless...

To top it all off I had some visitors and was then quizzed by management as to how many occupants are staying in the flat...

Absolutely disgusted...definitely a first and last for me
