Rentals First Resorts.. Owners beware
I rented out my unit at Perna Perna Mossel Bay through First Resorts. The apartment was rented out for the full week in December and January2024. They promised payment within 3 months. I have STILL not been paid and they are not willing to pay interest on the money either although it has been in their account drawing interest all this time. Even after numerous phone calls and emails, I have STILL not been paid.
