Good day I just want to say sorry for my late review,The most important is that I am a very satistified customer .
I am Mrs (Capt ) Jeanette Shuping ,And a member of OffBeat Holiday Club,I would like to thank First Group Hillcrest for organising my vacation during SEPT-OCT 2023,at Hole in the Wall,Coffee Bay, Mthata,Eastern Cape.
I was assisted by the Guest Experience Coordinator Samantha Subramoney with tel no +***1.She was so Understanding, supportive,perseverance (Because it was the 1st time for me going on a real vacation),She was with me from the beginning of my planning until coming back from my vacation.I would really love that the company thanks her on my behalf.She needs the praise.She must not doit for me only but for all her clients.
