Poor standard and state of four star resort

We have been members of Flexi Club since 1998 and have made use of the various resorts catered for by Flexi Club on a numerous occasions. One of the defining features of (Flexi Club) First Resorts, and its various facilities have always been its high standards as well as the high standards of the service. However, recent events have left us more than a little concerned and to say the least extremely disappointed with both the standard of the facilities as well as the level of service received. Our booking at Manyane Resort Pilansberg was from the 25th of Dec 2015 until the 1st of Jan 2016 - for which we paid more than R5000.00 for a cancellation break for a 4 Star Resort in this state. The standard of the facilities was in my opinion not at the standard that would be expected of a four star facility. The swimming pool area was very untidy and unkept with the pool itself being green and smelly during the duration of our stay. The miniature golf facilities was dilapidated and in most instances in total disrepair, The accommodation was definitely not up to standard. Not only was the outside area of the unit littered with garbage, some windows were broken/cracked.
