Poor service and ****** service Magalies park
Magaluespark resort is still the most ****** resort ever where we as agents suffer alot...My client got there around 9.30pm they had a breakdown the resort sent us back home because my child was 1 year old and they requested a extra R350 a night for a child that sleeps in the bed with us and we were 6 of us in a 6 sleeper..The security at gate did not want to let us in even though arrangements were made to arrive late

Your complaint and concerns are noted and take strong offence of your unfounded review and labelling the resort as ****** without having the correct facts.

As the rules and confirmation letter is very clear(6 sleeper is for 6 people including children of all ages and had a choice of sending the guest away or charge an extra fee of R250 per Night for the extra person / child, which they refused to pay. The agent said that the guest did not have any money and reduced the R250 to R200 pd. The gate then reported that the party was not just over with 1 child, but also over with 2 adults, which changed the entire scenario. We could offer them other accommodation and only had space Wednesday and Thursday. They declined and said they will go home.
It is unfortunate that the agent/guest do not adhere to the rules and confirmation letter before arriving. Magalies is totally against ****** and is a pity that guests/agents make these irresponsible utterances.
