Over an hour wait to checkinn Nothing requeted prior to booking sorted

Cot dirty plus damaged with wholes

Place leaking in 3 places inside

Bathrooms fiththy and place not cleaned properly Shocking seing that we in the middle of the covid pandemic No light covers in main lounge

Tv not working

Fireplace uncleaned No fan or aircon in the rooms

All activities closed on the 1st ?? No cleaners came to clean

Wil definitely take this matter further

The least you could of done was given my room clean and on time and met my request

I booked way in advance Your service is shocking
