Pathetic service and accountability when things go wrong

A holiday that brought more stress than anything else. I have sent 3 complaints about my "holiday" with no response. Logged a message on Facebook to ve told i was previously contacted but this was untrue. Eventually speak to someone only to ve told send another email.

There is no accountability!

In a nutshell, spend your hard earned cash on a holiday group that remains vested in hospitality... because First Resorts certainly have no clue and horrible service.

Nice when they want your money, but terrible when it comes to deliver or work!!
