NON SERVICE for app rewards programme

Pathetic non service of offbeat plus campaign. Over 2 weeks later and 2 payments later .. yet no further correspondence for the campaign updates, neither website or app available but deductions keep coming off, even though I was reassured by management that no further deductions will be made until the website/ app are ready for use... lies... I barely got paid and yet the debit order was taken
