NO RESPONSE ON EMAILS...CALL CENTRE ARE ARROGANT

I emailed your offices regarding our Magaliespark T/S on the 10th Jan 2018 & after receiving no response phoned on the 11th Jan 2018 when your call Centre basically to me to wait until they will answer my query! I phoned (AGAIN from my cell which is very expensive) only to be told that NOMA will Respond...I am still waiting it's been 3 WEEKS!!!
