No After Sale Service- Still Waiting for my Refund

First resort were very helpful when they wanted my business but now that they owe me a refund I cannot get in contact with them. Cleopatra, the agent will notreturn my calls or reply to my e-mails. No accountability. I will be escalating the matter but a warning, please do not book through this agency

I refer to our conversation over the weekend regarding a refund for the couples massages which we were unable to redeem due to the spa being fully booked.

Please can you advise as to when the refund will be processed and confirm the amount.

I have copied Cleopatra from First Group as I had booked through them.
