Mould in resort rooms

I stayed at la montagne Ballito from the 25th of Nov till the 30. I attempted to contact management on their website in early December. I wish someone could seriously attend to the mould issue. You can't even enjoy your stay in the actual rooms because of the pungent mould smell. Their cupboards literally smell damp. We had to purchase our own cutlery. There was just no way we were going to use those contaminated things.

Someone needs to be accountable for that nonsense.
