Honestly not even one star is appropriate for this Resort. The heated pool is always dirty, the waterpark's water is always green, NO RULES!!!
This place has never been so disgusting. We used to go every school holiday now we will never come back again. The last 3 years has been a disappointment the entertainment team has been a disgrace and their manager is no help. This team wasn't appropriately trained 🙄 The complaints can go on for days.
