Magalies Park Management is the worst!!!!

I booked for a 2 night stay at Magalies Park.. Such a beautiful place!! Then I realized you have to pay to use everything and most of the activities that I paid for was unavailable so that was a huge disappointment, that's not even the worst part,so when we got there my husband braai'd majority of our meat so that we could have enough for 2 nights..we hardly ate the first night and kept most of our meat for the next day.. My family and I were at the pools and when we got back from the pools early evening we realized our meat was gone!! When we enquired about it they said that the lady who cleaned our chalet had thrown it away!! We had KFC left overs which was thrown away aswel.. The guy in charge of the house keeping just told us to braai more meat and they will deal with the matter in the morning.. When we took this up with management we first spoke to Christo Joubert which was no help at all and very rude to us.. He then called someone higher than him Muis Lombard who came and took his house keepers part by telling us we only had 3 peices of meat so that's why she thru it away.. He was so rude and even told me to keep quiet while I was trying to explain my story.. He has no way of speaking to his guests his very very rude and didn't help us in any way.. I am disappointed with his behavior. I have a recording of how rude he was to my husband and to me and I won't stop reporting him until I get an apology because not once did he even apologize for what happened!!

Dear Guest
I refer to the unfortunate incident which happened at Magalies Park.
Your suggestion of meat (Thousands of Rands) and then alcohol and items which kept on multiplying, disappeared from your unit, stems from the fact that our Security reprimanded your husband on a daily basis over the weekend to slow down to the suggested speed limit of 20k/h within the resort as well as unnecessary noise levels created by his “hot” car. Arguing with an intoxicated driver did not stop him from continuing to be a nuisance to the rest of the resort, to a point where a last warning was given before expulsion from the resort.
We agreed to pay you an amount of R800 for the "so-called losses" (Without proof), accidentally coursed by the housekeeper and both parties agreed to part ways in an amicable atmosphere, yet you chose to go on social media!
