John and Team work wonders

The resort has become a very popular destination for many. I use it for business using time-share points, and always had no problem getting a room. Recently I have needed to appeal to John who is always very pleasant, and has always gone the extra mile to ensure I have somewhere to stay. The experience of staying there is always enjoyable, and complaints are dealt with pleasantly.
