Increased Levy amount by over 50%

<p>After having a timeshare week for over 10 years and a regular visitor to the magaliespark resort I have been issued a levy statement fro First Resorts (their managing agent) for this year which has increased from R 5700 to R 8648 for the year. First resorts offer no explanation as to why my levy has increased by over 50% for the year and the response is "the levy is correct". This treatment of their customers is shocking.</p>
