First Resorts Management - Too Little Too Late

First Resorts Management have blocked timeshare owners at Waterberry Hill from using the resort, despite the owners forced to pay their levies. When I complained, they waited two weeks until after I had to cancel my leave to call me and ask if they could not make an arrangement for me. This was too little too late.
