First Resorts Management Cheating Time Share Owners

First Review seems to have blocked their resort occupancy for levy paying members in lieu of walk in customers. Time share owners were given "points" in the First Resort Scheme so First Resorts can get everyone to pay a booking levy when booking their own time share. I am sure this behaviour borders on the crimminal.
