First Resorts Management

The First Exchange is an amazing facility and we have had many wonderful holidays through them. Their administration facility at their Pinetown Head Office is abysmal. Its almost like dealing with a Government or municipal department. No one seems to care let alone do what they promise, that's if you can contact them in the first place. And dont think an email helps. These are ignored. Such a pity as its a great service with so much potential.
