First resorts keeping my points

I own a timeshater at La Montagne. On 29 October 2020, I asked First Resorts to allocate my points, so that I can spacebank them with RCI. First resorts rep**** to say that they cannot allocate my points because of COVID and no units being available. but not to worry, they will allocate points for 2020 to their sister company First Exchange and I will not lose out. After over 25 emails to First resorts and Frist exchange, and a couple of phone calls. The points have still not been allocated. I get an automatic response every time 'someone will contact you soon'. Noone has contacted me and I still do not have the points allocated to me, I receive emails of the special offers that First exchange are running and I cannot take advantage of them , if I wanted to.
