FIRST Resort groups not disabled friendly.

Lifts are out of order on the 5th day of holiday. My father is disabled and get told sorry for the inconvenience, we will carry you up and down the stairs. Unacceptable. Disability is not an inconvenience! It is a struggle every single day. Shocking management. This happened earlier this year in a different resort aswell. How can your lifts not be in 100% working condition in your busiest season?
