First Resort CEO’s never reply!!!

I am a time share owner at La Montagne. I have been trying to book for the last 5 years and there is never anything available. They told me to book early in January every year. I tried that for the last 2 years and there is still nothing available. My Mom owns a week too she is retired and we asked for assistance with the levy as La Montagne has the highest levy out of all timeshares. They refuse to help my Mom yet they helped my Aunt who is also retired. In desperation I decided to email the 2x CEO’s and neither CEO has even bothered to reply to my email? They have the worst service and after sales service ever. We tried selling my Mom’s week and we can’t get it sold because the levies are so high!! We are frustrated that they don’t care at all about their members!!
