Dissatisfaction
I would like your intervention on the matter concerning the treatment I received at this resort because I made a payment and preference was actually made to theee person that I don't know and when I get to the place I am told that I must sacrifice and sleep on a couch, I mean I traveled all the way from Mafikeng but on my arrival I was kept outside for almost 2 hours but at the antrance I was assured my room numbers, room 77 and 79 and when I get to the reception nothing of that kind is on paper, imagine a security is given a mandate and it clearly stated the room number but the custodian of decisiona denies that. I am actually treated with a bad gesture.

18 Jul 2022, 12:29Dear Oratile Thanks for visiting Magalies Park. We appreciate your feedback and unfortunately must inform you that the mishap and waiting to check in was of your own accord. You booked 2 x 2 Bedroom units(1 x King and 2 x Single beds and sleeper couches for children under 10 yo), which we have correspondence for as requested by yourself. You received a pre-arrival call from our receptionist a day before confirming the units booked and was confirmed each unit was suited for 4 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately, you arrived with 12 adults, which the units booked, cannot accommodate. The arrival sheet at the gate(Security)is the same as reception which was Units 77 & 79(2 Bedroom Units). As we were 100% fully booked, it took the front office manager about 2 hours to try and get 2 x 3 x bedroom chalets, which she eventually got, and an upgrade fee was applicable. The Magalies staff did everything possible to help you and suggest your dissatisfactory rating of 1/5 is unfair.
