Changed terms and conditions When lockdown started the Group was selling a discounted voucher that you pay a certain amount and be credited with more than what you paid.

Initially it was a perfect idea that was sold to me. Since we where on restricted levels their resorts where not operating. I bought a voucher with a total value of R3000.

In the voucher terms and conditions it stated that I can use the voucher anytime with any size of a unit. Now I want to book at LA montagne for a 4nights during the week{special that if it's 4 nights u get 25% off} and redeem my voucher and pay the difference.

Now the consultant who sold this voucher to me is sending me new terms and conditions that I can't use my R3000 voucher in conjunction with the special. The terms and conditions that they are sending its different to what I have and they don't want to listen to me. I called their call center numerous times looking for a complains department they don't want to assist me. I asked for the supervisor they would tell me that they are putting me through and just put me on hold and hang up on for couple of time. I even asked for the direct line for the supervisor they don't want to provide me with the number.

I wouldn't even dare even recommend even my worst enemy to this group they give me a bad service even before making a booking. Just imagine how it is going to be when I confirm a booking. I left couple or requests for Sanele to call me back but no call back from her. I regret buying this voucher which now it comes with different terms and conditions. I'm surely not gonna deal with this First group again first time I bought their product but hey that's the first experience I got from them. This proves that all the reviews where clients are complaining about them its true I should have investigate before I bought the voucher but because I trusted them I didn't know better. What an awful experience for a new client.
