Bad client service from First Resort Management

I own timeshare week No49 at Magalies Park. This week used to be in school holidays but with the new provincial school holidays it now is no longer in any school holidays, but we still have to pay the peak season levies. They refuse to even confer about this in any way. All emails and calls are just ignored.
