Please see attached payments you together with the ex chairman at unit 8 in which you appointed whilst his levies were in arrears from 2023 to current failing which to submit a chairmans report whilst you both have authorised no receipts ,invoices guarantees to date for the faulty products which was debit 7 times totally R52848.83. Since your offices have cancelled the body corporate management due to having seeked expertise from the PPRA.

Please submit invoices for the seven payments you made to Charis Tronics Pty Ltd as attached as required by the owners at AGM which you have not submitted to date.

7 payments R52848.83 spent from Michael House no invoices, ex no chairmans report since 2023 Frans Fernando whilst Debbie Stoltz appointed non compliance owners as chairperson hence their levies outstanding to date R30000.00.

Also note the audited financials were not signed by the ex chairman in February 2024. This needs to be recorded as upon bringing this to FPT attention they quick to terminate amidst a financial year where they already mismanaged, misappropriated and abused the body corporate funds with Tshwane meters, unknown 50k payments no invoices no guarantees, Donovan lamb all these are their so called skilled workmanship for unknown plumbing invoices, ceiling collapsed where no due diligence was done no compensation for mismanagement they debit their fees regardless auto generated. We pay levies on the 1st yet we get charged unknown interest.

One FFC for 1000 employees no supervision very concerning especially where they should apply the knowledge of the PPRA
