*********** Fools not knowing what goes on around them

FPT should really have a ZERO star rating as the company doesn't even know what goes on around them.... they will be sending you emails about you owing them and refusing to put on your electricity when the payment was made even before you request them to put back on your electricity that was cut without notice. when you ask them to have a look at your payment they will call you rude, when in fact they are a bunch of idiots who doesn't even know when payments are made or they don't even care........ they think everyone comes from EAST LYNNE and are ********* like the way they run their daily operations.
