Inappropriate deception, inaccurate accounting, failing to launch

Marina Rossouw and Debbie stoltz keep charging incorrect levies as per statements as I pay on the 1st of each month yet they have unknown interest charges to me and duplicated water and sanitation. There units that are not paying levies already R28696.16 yet they pass the buck on to us as they cannot deal with unpaid levies already a year with ex chairman having miss appropriated funds on projects that were disasters and outstanding levies, water, sanitation, accumulating to R28686.16 they don't know their function as body corporate as trustees and chair person cannot be responsible for FPT inefficiency and ineffective services have reported to all authorities for their assistance and expertise. Yet they debit management charges each month for inefficient services have raised with property practitioners regulative authority and csos.
