Inappropriate deceit

<p>One is being deceived by Mr Marcel Van Billion and Ms Wilma Viewer. As per the report it states they have completed waterproofing yet we experience leakages. According to CIA insurance has found poor and no maintenance as per the waterproofing. We are being billed R3148.00 for levies monthly. Electric fencing not working and incomplete. Remote gates are faulty and so are the sensors.</p>
