FPT Pretoris refuses to pay back the Rent deposit

This company does not want to give me back my rent deposite, I keep on sending emails to them and they are not responding to my emails. FPT Pretoria is very bad bussiness. Rent deposit should be ready as soon as they check the property after vacating the building.
