FPT are robbing/ *****ing tenants

I have been staying at Connaught flats in Pta, Jacob Mare 207,Flat 702. The deposit R8500/so was made when we had to stay at the flat.We occupied the flat for 2 years/ so. We moved out of the flat on the 1 Feb 2015, notice was sent in Dec 2014 that we will be out of the flat towards end Jan 2015.Dec 2014 was in Cape Town and my roommate was available in the left as she had to work. As per my roommate no one came to view/inspect the flat.<br> Now the querry is that they want to refund us with an amount of R1000 each as they say that there are faults in the flat,as far as we know no one had came for an inspection up until the new tenants occupied the flat.I feel that they are robbing tenants as they do not have anything to held us against as there is nothing faulty in the flat. I did not provide them with my banking details as the amount that they were going to deposit is insufficient. My room mate went to their office as she was not happy with their pathetic service. No one came to view the flat up until we left. From Sundays till Fridays I am not there as I am travelling with work. FPT is not treating customers fairly, if this is the way of making money, its robbing /*****ing!!!
