First nonsense trust

This is by far the worst rental agency I have had the misfortune of dealing with. They agree the flat was ready only 2 get here discover the gyser is broken and the lift is not working the list go on u call them to come and fix the admin personal is so rude the entire banch of then r super rude act like they r doing u a favour and I'm still waiting for them to fix and I thought huurkor was worse.
