Elivator broken for a week

The elivator at my building has been broken for four weeks now. We have a lady at our building who uses a wheelchair and she stays on the 7th floor.. people were just passing her at the corridor so I decided to help her. From the ground floor to the 7th floor via steps. It took us an hour and FPT are aware that the elivator is bricked but they don't care . Same as they don't care that there is no security at the building even though the rent goes up every year. ...the building is TOULON FLAT IN SUNNYSIDE PRETORIA
