Delay in Paying back deposit

<p>I was residing at Sunnyrock 406, I moved out on the 27th Feb. They're keeping my R 6 470 as a deposit which was suppose to be paid back after 21 working days of moving out. I called the office at FPT last week Monday and I was promised they'll pay back the deposit till to date. After moving out I never received any correspondence from them till to date.</p>
