Clients's requests not taken seriously

I moved into one of First Property Trust's flats in Sunnyside in January and I was given a checklist to indicate what needs to be fixed in my room. I specifically wrote there that the window doesn't close, I told the care taker, Moses verbally. It's May and my emails to the FPT offices have also been ignored yet my rent is paid up to date. Their admin is also a serious concern because Minah passed the buck after she had not credited my account and I was sent letters that I'm a bad payer. She referred me to Rose saying she does not deal with my flat anymore. When I asked for Rose's email address nobody gave it to me. I stay with my 22-month old kids and they are always sick because they technically sleep outside, while the people who should be fixing my window are warm and cozy with their families. I could be doing a lot better with the money that I use to pay rent at this place
