robbing off clients

I was give a call by First National Debt and they promise to help me with my credits. After they deducted the money from my account , they called me to say they did not receive it, so the lady that called me asked me to reverse it and then deposit money to Mr T Hlabeni. I sked them why is it a personal account not COMPANY ACCOUNT and they said that's how they operate. Iwas not convinced but because they were calling me no stop I had to go pay R 3000 to that T. Hlabeni account (NEDBANK) . After experiencing problems tht my creditors and them they were still continuing to debit and I was left with nothing on my bank account, not even the money to pay the rent, they denied the fact that they ever asked me to deposit that money. They claimed that who ever called me is no longer working with them and that they don't even know Mr T. Hlabeni. I asked them to refund me my money and to remove me from debt review , which they claim they have from their side , but my creditors have not received the 17.W form from them...and they have not refunded my R 3000. If I call them they do't respond it's a mission to find even the manager. I think they are robbing off people.
