I purchased a battery from them in September 2024, the battery has a 2 year Warranty

I purchased a battery from them in September 2024, the battery has a 2 year Warranty. First national battery woodbrook East London have refused to honor the warranty and say that my vehicle caused the battery to fail due to alternator overcharging .... which is not the case. The alternator is fine and charging correctly. First National Battery went to extreme excuses not to honor their warranty I will never purchase a battery from FNB again, it was and Excide Battery. Please refrain from purchasing any Excide or batteries supp**** by FNB or First Battery as they have taken over.
