EXIDE Batteries.

First National Battery, distributor of Exide Batteries has a nationwide waranty which does not exist in Sasolburg. The waranty is carried by all battery centers countrywide but in Sasolburg, we can not get help at the battery center. Customers are told to but another battery because they can not be helped. This is an ongoing problem in Sasolburg. I tried to reach out to the Directors of First National Batteries but to no avail.

I hope this review will change your mindset and improve your services no matter where the customer bought the battery from.
